SMS Campaign Manager by Evostackr • User Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, downloading, or using SMS Campaign Manager (developed by Evostackr), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.
2. User Responsibilities & Anti-Spam Policy
You are exclusively responsible for all SMS messages composed, imported, and dispatched via the application. You agree NOT to use the software for sending unsolicited spam, deceptive phishing, fraudulent schemes, harassing messages, or illegal communications. You are solely responsible for ensuring explicit opt-in consent from all recipient phone numbers in accordance with your national telecom regulatory authorities (e.g. TRAI, FCC, TCPA).
3. Cellular Carrier Charges & Billing
All SMS messages dispatched through the application are sent directly using your device's active cellular SIM card connection. You are entirely responsible for all tariff rates, SMS usage quotas, roaming charges, and billing overages incurred with your mobile network provider. Evostackr does not charge per-SMS fees and bears no liability for operator invoices.
4. Carrier Limitations & Delivery Guarantees
Evostackr does not guarantee 100% message delivery rates. Transmission success is governed by your telecom operator's network coverage, SIM daily rate caps, cellular tower congestion, recipient device availability, and carrier Do-Not-Disturb (DND) filtering.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evostackr and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from message failure, SIM card suspension, carrier penalties, data loss, or improper usage of the software.
6. Open Source License
SMS Campaign Manager is open source software distributed under the terms of the MIT License.
